That said, it's actually not easy to gloss the meaning from the text here. Assuming it is intended as a verb, the preceding text should read "any product *or* components".
Conclusion: logically it should be interpreted as "repetirá" ("volverá a prestar", "prestará nuevamente",...) los servicios, but you'll also need to supply the conjunction between "product" and "components", which is missing in the English version but required in both English and Spanish. Something like "reparará o reemplazará cualquier producto o componente o prestará nuevamente cualquier servicio que resulte defectuoso..."
