看来,negligently是指心里清楚其后果,但是由于粗心等原因没有做到而造成危害;inadvertently应当是不知道其危害后果而造成。所以现在我是这么烦的:

用“疏忽/疏漏/懈怠”这三个翻译neglect 都可以吧。inadvertently 可以翻译为“无心之失/无心之过”
