To sieć profesjonalnych biur pośrednictwa w obrocie nieruchomościami, które współpracują ze sobą przy sprzedaży, kupnie lub wynajmie nieruchomości. Współdziałanie to odbywa się na ściśle ustalonych przez Stowarzyszenie zasadach dotyczących etycznej i profesjonalnej współpracy. Z dniem 1 sierpnia 2010r. system MLS stał się systemem powszechnym, tj. dostęp do systemu posiadają wszyscy członkowie REC-SRN. System MLS jest profesjonalnym narzędziem pracy, do którego dostęp posiadają wyłącznie członkowie Stowarzyszenia.
