2.3 Program Scope
All in-scope suppliers working with ХХХХ, and any site in which ХХХХ products are sourced or manufactured, must acknowledge the Supplier Code annually, as it is incorporated into sourcing policies, contracts, and purchase orders with ХХХХ.
As part of the commitment to the SSP, full cooperation and compliance from the supplier, including all sites and related entities involved with supplier’s work for ХХХХ or its affiliates, are required to ensure that work performed on behalf of ХХХХ is conducted in acceptable conditions consistent with the Supplier Code.
