Określenie w oryginale jest typowym jakościowym opisem cech tego gwintu. Gdyby był ilościowym opisem, autor zorientowałby się, że coś nie gra (jednostki). A "effort" w kontekście ilościowym:

@A.G. : There are Tables for fasteners that list both the Tightening Torque and the resultant Quanitative Clamping Load. These are industry descriptions. I could not find a table for fasteners that lists clamping effort.

Clamping effort to nie moment zacisku ale siła zacisku (wydawało się, że ten problem (moment) został już zdiagnozowany). Słowo 'effort' ma trzy definicje w moim Longmanie. Ostania mówi o skutku usiłowań. Takim skutkiem jest np. braking effort. To nie siła, z którą naciskamy na pedał hamulca, a moment hamujący na kole (siła hamowania). Two in one

Would a manufacturer extol the virtues of a product by touting its great clamping effort ( wysoki moment zacisku) ? Effort is what a human has to expend to tighten the bolt. On the contrary, the effort has to minimal. Indeed, it depends on the tool used (the length of the torque wrench, for example) and the presence or absence of grease (wet/dry).

Moment is a static force while torque is a movement force (rotary force).
High torque may be absorbed by high friction and not produce tension.
"Clamping torque" does not exist. Nie istnieje też "moment zacisku"

The tightening torque (the cause) creates the clamp load (the effect). Manufacturing tables allow one to figure out one from the other:

Wyręczam w tym, co sami powinniście zrobić. Clamping torque to zawsze moment dokręcania (w oryginale - mały). Tightening torque jest ambigous (ale też raczej dokręcania).
Torque używam tylko wtedy, gdy skutkuje ruchem. Moment, gdy skutkuje również naprężeniem

The problem with torque figures is that they also depend on the conditions of the threads and on greasing. Bolt tables contain recommended tightening torque to achieve the right clamping load.

torque is a special case of moment, such that it relates to the axis of rotation driving the rotation, while moment relates to being driven by external force(s) to cause the rotation.

IMO tekst jest mało wiarygodny profesjonalnie. nie ma "momentu zacisku", jest za to siła zacisku (clamping force).
Powinno być raczej "moment dokręcenia" ale to przy innych połączeniach.
Analogicznie nie ma "clamping torque".

Tightening (wkręcanie) creates clamping (obciążenie zaciskowe, siła docisku) load, which is measured in units of force not of torque. The bolt stretches, hence the load. I recommend clamping load.
