Spanish term or phrase: jardin unifamiliar
I know the article is trying to draw a distinction between the communal gardens in blocks of flats and these gardens that are an integral part of a house/property, which is the norm in the UK at any rate, but I can't think of a good way of putting it in English! They are talking about both detached, as well as semi-detached/terraced houses using the same term for the garden.
So... house gardens? private family home gardens? privately owned house gardens?
Or something else entirely?
Many thanks

Explanation:
I think this is how I would express it.

BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE GARDEN AND OFF STREET PARKING.

Within Catchment Area Two of both Jordanhill Primary and Secondary Schools. Pristine Decorative Order Throughout. GCH, DG, Private Gardens,

If it fits, maybe you can say something like 'each home has its own private garden'.

The report suggests that by next year 2.16million homes will be without a private garden, compared to 1.6 million in 1995, and that the figure will continue to rise steeply to 2.6million by 2020.
