* ou bien relatives au cycle de vie des produits: fin de fabrication prévue le tant par exemple parce qu'une nouvelle gamme est sortie

I understand it's a "list... with details of what those time limitations are" — i.e. not only does it include components that have some age/time limits, it also gives details of those limits.

This very fact might give a clue as to what industry this might be in; although by no means the only, one of the commonest areas where this sort of restriction exists is the aeronautical industry.
