Estou vertendo uma Apólice de Seguro Garantia de Bom Funcionamento.
De acordo com a minha pesquisa, entendi que se trata de um "Maintenance Bond".
Na minha apólice constam as seguintes partes "segurado" "seguradora" e "tomador"
Não creio que a melhor opção seja "insurer" "insured" and "policyholder" (respectivamente).
A definição das partes que encontrei é essa:
A surety bond is a three-way contract where a third party called the surety guarantees the contractual obligations of one party (the principal) to another party (the obligee) by agreeing to pay a sum to the obligee as compensation if the principal does not fulfill its obligations.
Quem seria então o tomador neste caso, o "obligee" ou posso manter "policyholder"?
