All,

I am translating an End of Year Report / Final Grade Certificate of a Restaurant Expert from an Austrian Landesberufsschule.
Among the listed mandatory subjects is "Getränke- and Menükunde".
I am leaning towards "beverage technology" for the former but I'm interested in hearing your suggestions for "Menükunde".
