Czy tłumacząc umowę o współpracy handlowej ze zdaniami typu: "Dostawca zobowiązuję się do informowania odbiorcy o....", "Dostawca zobowiązuje się do przesyłania informacji o zmianach cen na adres email...." itp - zwrot 'zobowiązuje się' najlepiej pominąć i tłumaczyć np. "The Supplier shall notify the Buyer of...." czy może lepiej "The Supplier undertakes to notify the Buyer..." czy są inne, bardziej odpowiednie warianty tłumaczenia tego zwrotu?
