The Service Provider is requested to indicate whether any Affected Employees will be offered employment with, **or transitioned to**, a Subcontractor or Affiliate (rather than Service Provider itself). The Service Provider should identify such proposed Subcontractors and Affiliates, as well as the class or group of Affected Employees (and associated number of Affected Employees) who will be offered employment with, **or transitioned to**, such Subcontractors and Affiliates. Service Provider should confirm that the number of Affected Employees expected to transition to a Subcontractor or Affiliate.
