Darku dzieki za cenne uwagi :) I szkoda, że nie zamieściłeś swojej propozycji (progressive mindset) w odpowiedziach, bo podoba mi się i chyba zamienię na nią "move forward" :) Nie wydaje mi sie ona aż tak daleka od oryginału - wszystko jest płynne przy takim laniu wody ;)

IMHO it depends on the character of your job. If you are applying for a clerical post, some kind of an administration job, where it is important to stick to the rules - it might not be the best choice of words.<br>But if your work requires a certain level of creativity (like in advertising, web design) or are a little bit less "white-collarish" (like IT), I would go for it. <br> From what you have written in your cover letter I assume that the job you are applying for is not a typical office job, because then you would have focused on qualities other than being able to cope with challenges and make decisions quickly.
