имхо, имеется в виду не пленарное заседание Коммерческого суда, а судопроизводство по коммерческому иску в обычном (или, как говорят юристы, ординарном) порядке, особенно учитывая ссылку далее на суд первой инстанции в Дубае (как и Великобритания, Эмираты имеют свою специфику).
