There are several results for "viralise" in uk sites, so, I would write it with "s" for UK English, but I´m not the best qualified person to decide. Why don´t you ask other natives?

Thanks Marina! I'd never heard of this term before, but it seems to be the correct translation, I have an idea of what it means but I'd love to know a proper definition. Also I wonder if it is 'viralise' for UK English?
