This is from a transcription of the words of a Lebanese speaker.
It appears from other parts of the text that the person doing the transcription is not very familiar with the Lebanese dialect, so they often transcribe words the way they thought they heard them.
The speaker is talking about situations in which an armed person is allowed to use his gun.
بالكيس ياللي بيلاقي فيه فرد موجه عليه ***دايركتلي*** أو بيلاقي فيه هجوم مسلح على الموقع اللي هو فيه .
يعني غير ما يكون شيء كثير ضروري ما مفروض يستعمل سلاحه
It took me ages to figure out that بالكيس ياللي here means "in case"!! Can anyone decipher what دايركتلي could possibly mean here? THANKS!
