"Enhanced hours" to godziny w soboty, niedziele, święta, ale też wieczorem (unsocial hours) i w nocy - jednak chyba nie ma 100% pewności, że we wszystkich przypadkach obowiązuje podwyższone wynagrodzenie.

"Enhanced hours" to godziny w soboty, niedziele, święta, ale też wieczorem (unsocial hours) i w nocy - jednak chyba nie ma 100% pewności, że we wszystkich przypadkach obowiązuje podwyższone wynagrodzenie.

In what circumstances are enhanced payments made?
There are special rates of pay for:
weekend work;
evening work;
night work;
bank holidays;
work on Free or Rest days; and
sleeping in arrangements.
What is paid for weekend work?
Saturday Time and a half
Sunday Time and a half, where basic pay is above SP11
What is paid for night work?
Night workers are paid time and a third. This only applies to employees who are required primarily to work at night. The definition of night work is:
Former Manual employees all hours between 10pm and 8am.
Social Workers – Night Care
and Night Care Supervisors all hours between 10pm and 7am.
Other employees all hours between 8pm and 6am
Night workers are also paid the weekend enhancements, so they will be paid time and five sixths for working on a Saturday and double time and a third for working on a Sunday.
Double time, where basic pay is at or below SP11.
