Est-ce que ça veut dire qu'il puise le courant sur la carte ?
Does the summer sun leave your system a little hot under the collar? Antec's $20 SpotCool may be just what your machine needs to keep cool and quiet. SpotCool's three-speed fan is less than 3 inches in diameter; it attaches to any motherboard mounting hole and draws power from an open three-pin connector on your board. The fan's flexible arm lets you focus its cooling air current on your CPU, graphics card, or other internal component.

English term (edited):
draws power on the board
s'alimente à partir de la carte mère
This is one way I often find this sort of thing expressed

: Thanks Tony. I was about to give my agreement for your answer as well, but I think "s'alimente" is not often used in such context; "est alimenté par" is far better I think.

Thanks, Jock! I'm just working on a whole series of articles where this is used a lot, but it may just be a quirk of this author!
