Activists
The sense of participating in something relatively new would be attractive to Activists, as would the emphasis on tackling real problems. However, they would be irked by the length of the project, by the necessity to get clarification of reference terms, by attempts to provide regularity and structure, and by the process of reviewing what has been learned. Activists might enjoy the project work; they would dislike the “set” discussions in which actions and learning are reviewed.
