As I am pretty out-going person, I rarely stay at home and do nothing. I enjoy traveling and sight seeing. That is why we (me and my family) take a trip almost every weekend. I adore meeting other people and getting to know their style of living. Due to my desire for traveling I have been to Italy (I go there at least once a year), where I met many friendly people and made friends. I really like Italy and everything connected to it. I love Italian food, football, music and of course language. I took courses in Palermo and Rome to learn Italian and it was great.
Let it be enough about Italy although I could speak about it all the time.
I have also been to UK, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Croatia, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, France, Greece, Turkey, Yugoslavia, Canaries, and Tenerife, Hungary...
All the places I have gone to left me many unforgettable memories and a wish to go back some day. From everywhere I took a stone and I really have a large collection of different shaped, colored and sized stones. I would also like to tell you that when I go on a trip I enjoy traveling by car because in that way I can see and feel the place as it really is. I like reality not hotels and lying on the beach.
Besides traveling I do a lot of sports. I know it is uncommon for women, but I really like football (soccer), not just playing it, but I also like watching it. My winning teams are Barcelona and Juventus. My other favorite sports are cycling, swimming, tae bo and yoga. After a long day at school I really need some relaxation whether in sport or meditation.
As you have noticed I have two children who mean everything to me. So I spent a lot of time playing with them as well.
But one important thing: You would not be reading this, if I did not like translating. I have been translating for ten years now and I really enjoy it. I started as a student and after years I have gained many experiences in various fields. According to the fact that I am an English teacher and a travel agent I work with languages all the time. (whether by passing my knowledge to my students or by translating or by just helping my students and others with ideas or by subtitling or by using different languages as a travel agent). I speak English and Croatian fluently. Italian, German and Serbian are the languages that I really like and understand at let's say intermediate level. Right now I am taking a course of Spanish language, because I find it extremely beautiful. But I have to emphasize that English is my language number one.
What else can I tell you about me? I like animals and everything connected to it. For that reason I do not eat meat. I like cooking and reading, especially novels from Paulo Coelho. I would really like to meet him some day and tell him how wonderful novelist he is.
I would end here although I could tell you much more about me, but you know what they say: Something must be kept in secret otherwise others would lose interest in you.
