I'd been using Brave for a good while, but now switching back to Firefox. Considering that I was a Firefox user since version 3.5, it makes me feel like going back home.

Seeing how Chrome is currently at the top of this poll, I say Brave needs to get more traction.
It is Chromium-based and rids you of a majority of all the annoying cr*p that is currently making the internet a sad farce.
Just imagine using a browser that looks and feels mostly like Chrome, but not being greeted by annoying cookie banners (Brave auto-rejects all unnecessary cookies), and walls of ads. It even gets rid of YouTube ads.

Well, you could always use Lynx web browser. It only needs 10 MB of your precious RAM.
On a more serious note, you'd be hard-pressed to find a web browser that isn't RAM heavy nowadays. Those fancy GUIs and speedy performance come at a price, you know.
