This forum topic is for the discussion of the poll question "Regarding accesibility to meaning, I think the quality of non-native English source speeches is...".
I might be a bit slow today, but I don't understand the question ...
Atrociously-written poll question that can only have been produced by a non-native (or someone or something with zero feeling for language) making only one answer possible, surely?

A question for EN natives
Nov 3, 2024
Shouldn't that be "clarity of meaning"?
i.e.
What is your opinion of the general quality of non-native English source speeches in terms of clarity of meaning?
As for the question itself, there is no "general quality". There is a huge variation in individual cases. From few of those who speak better English than 90% of natives to those who you can understand only if you can recognise the patterns from their native language.
