Although ARREST and SEARCH are the most commonly used terms in connection with warrants, the term "BENCH" warrant refers to an order for arrest issued by a judge after a conviction in absentia or when there is a failure to appear in court. Laws governing bench warrants vary widely. faculty.ncwc.edu/toconnor/affidavitsandwarrants.htm
Also I agree with Serkan:
Default: A court order issued in a criminal case when someone fails to appear in court or pay a fine. Sometimes a person can default and no arrest or default warrant is issued.
Default warrant: An order for someone's arrest if they have failed to appear in court or pay a fine.
