facilitating payment
English to German

Finance (general)
Kontext: Unternehmensinterne Richtlinie zur Bekämpfung von Korruption und Geldwäsche
A ***“facilitating payment”*** is a small payment made to a non-U.S. government official to secure or expedite a routine action. You may not provide a ***facilitating payment*** unless you, another Company employee or business partner’s health or safety is at risk. For example, it is permissible to make a ***facilitating payment*** to ensure police protection if visiting a dangerous country or region in connection with Company business. Any such ***facilitating payment*** must be promptly reported to the Chief Financial Officer or equivalent of the TRU Entities.
