There's one available to download from the German official website (Umweltbundesamt) - it's a bilingual glossary entitled, on the web page, "Fachwörterbuch Umweltschutz", available in De-En and En-De forms, as .doc and as .pdf, here: http://www.umweltbundesamt.de/service/glossar/index.htm (It contains about 10000 terms) This may be too late for the Original Poste...
