Hello,
[TRADOS TagEditor 7.1.0.719]
since today, I got an error message while verifying TTX files in TagEditor. I'm working on TTX files created with S-Tagger from MIFs and use two plug-ins: -SDL TRADOS S-Tag Verifyer -SDL TRADOS QA Checker

Hello,
[TRADOS TagEditor 7.1.0.719]
since today, I got an error message while verifying TTX files in TagEditor. I'm working on TTX files created with S-Tagger from MIFs and use two plug-ins: -SDL TRADOS S-Tag Verifyer -SDL TRADOS QA Checker
When verifying I get the error message:
(-2147024770): Automatisierungsfehler Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.
It turned out that this error happens with the "SDL TRADOS QA Checker Plugin". I use this useful plugin every day, to check for inconsistant translations, double spaces etc. etc.
When I turn of the plugin QA Checker plug-in in the Plug-ins dialog, I get no error message. The S-Tag verification works and gives results independent of if I have the QA Checker plug-in on or off.
Strange: I can configure the QA Checker settings without any problems via the properties button in the Plug-ins dialog.
Registering again with SelfRegister.bat did not solve the problem and re-installing TRADOS did not help, too.

Hello Stefan,
I have the same problem, but I cannot even configure the QA settings. If someone has a solution for this bug?
Cheers
Noe

Hello. I cannot configure the QA Checker either. Does anyone knows how to fix this?
I have SDL Trados TagEditor 7.5.0.756 (build 756) and Windows XP.
Thank you very much.
Carolina

No Problem with SDL TRADOS 2006
Nov 26, 2006
Hello,
meanwhile we updated to SDL TRADOS 2006 (7.5.0.756/757). It works fine there. However, it would be interesting to know why this happened. I guess it was due to .NET FrameWork or a conflict with the installed Java version.
Kind Regards, Stefan Gentz
