French term or phrase: sur CV
I'm just trying to decipher some rather cryptic notes to accompany a slide presentation about self-medication and possible saving to the French Healthcare System. I'm just not quite sure if I've understood Pass Automédication sur CV pour les plus fragiles - presumably some kind of Self-medication pass/card for the most vulnerable but 'sur CV' ? Does Cv stand for convention? or conventionné - or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Full context:
Forfait automédication pour les plus fragiles : accès égalitaire aux soins; médecine de riche Pass Automédication sur CV pour les plus fragiles (30 à 50E pour les 6 M de CMU) démontrer 300 M/an; consultations évitées

Explanation:
Very often, in a healthcare context, CV stands for Carte Vitale

It seems to me here they are suggesting the use of self-medication (i.e. normally over-the-counter medicines that would not be re-imbursed by the Sécu) to be prescribed via the CV systel, and hence would be reimbursed.
