Estou traduzindo um Contrato de Compra e Venda de equipamentos e me deparei com esses termos que servem como título de uma cláusula do contrato.

Eu sei que o significado geral é "Garantia" e entendi a diferença entre os dois no alemão, mas não sei ao certo se existe uma palavra no português específica para cada termo ou se devo simplesmente traduzir como "Garantias".

agree  André de Paula: Gewährleistung und Garantie sind unterschiedliche Termini im deutschen Recht. Ersteres entspricht eher "responsabilidade contratual", Letzteres der normalen "garantia", wie eben gepostet.
