Hi. I'm translating Poder Especial from Spain. It says:
compre para la parte poderdante con el dinero de su exclusiva propiedad obtenido de la venta del inmueble indicado en el expositivo I, cualquier bien inmueble sito en XXX, a quien sea su legítimo o legítimos propietarios, por el precio, pactos y condiciones que libremente convenga, paque su precio al contado o lo aplace, estableciendo en este último caso, cuantas garantías reales o personales juzgue necesarias o convenientes que podrá en su día cancelar o instar su cancelación.
