Spanish term or phrase: Acta de referencia
Hi everyone,

I'm seeking your help on the term 'acta de referencia'. It is found at the top of a Spanish notarial document regarding a pareja de hecho and contains the statements made by them. I had thought that statement of truth (UK) might work but I'm not convinced.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

agree  AllegroTrans: Yes, this works but an affidavit is somewhat different as the format (containing a jurat) is not the same, nor are affidavits usually used in Spain
