Last Will and Testament

If pursuant to this Will any part of my estate shall become payable to any person under the age of twenty-one, title to the share of such person shall vest in him or her, but the payment of such share may, in the discretion of the executor, be deferred in whole or in part until such person attains the age of twenty-one years. In such event such share or part thereof shall be held and administered in the interim by my executor, which in his discretion, he may apply the net income of principal thereof, or any part of such income, to the maintenance, support and education of such person and upon such person's attaining the age of twenty-one years, my executor shall deliver to him or her the then principal or income of such share, together with accumulations, if any, of income therefrom. To the fullest extent possible, my executor shall be relieved of any legal liability in releasing part or all of such person's share to his or her parent or legal guardian.
