см. ниже Explanation: такого термина тоже нет в русском : ) Повторюсь, речь идет про liquidity constraints - т.е. для определенных продуктов, в которые они инвестируют, не получится сразу вывести всю сумму инвестиций (погасить, продать все паи). Таким образом, я бы перевел как «"холд-бэк" (установление определенной доли инвестиционного продукта, которая не может быть реализована/погашена до даты проведения ежегодного аудита инвестиционной организации) вот тут можете почитать https://www.johnduval.com/hedge-funds.html |
