An inspection report on a pharmaceutical facility in Colombia. This report is in the form of a table. Under the heading FINDINGS AND REQUIREMENTS, there is Concepto sanitario - favorable, favorable con requerimientos o desfavorable. In this case it is Favorable con requerimientos, with this comment underneath: *EI establecimiento no cumple con la totalidad de los requisitos sanitarios establecíaos en las normas vigentes, pero las condiciones sanitarias evidenciadas no conllevan a un riesgo inminente para la salud humana.
So any ideas as to what is meant by Concepto sanitario please?
