This appears in a medical report (chest x-ray section). I think this has been incorrectly typed in the source text, but I am not certain.

TC TAP SEPT 2020 :TÓRAX: Se aprecia gran masa central en mediastino derecho, impresiona de conglomerado adenopatico neoplasico, de 51 x 33 x 79 mm ( eje craneocaudal maximo en plano sagital ), afectando territorios ganglionares paratraqueal derecho superior e inferior, prevascular derecho, precariinico e hiliar derecho. Se aprecia otro nodulo en porcion proximal de L medio, de 13 mm, adyacente a la bifurcacion de bronquio de lobulo medio ,con atelectasia de LM. Se aprecia otro nodulo redondeado en LSD , mas central, de 15 mm, en bifurcacion de bronquio segmentario superior de LSD.
