يقبل باحتساب وخصم Explanation: المتعاقد يقبل باحتساب وخصم قيمة المواد المنقولة الموجودة في الموقع There are unfixed materials (not fixed to the land) on site, owned by the project owner. The contractor gets to use them but they quoted the project owner for the entire work, it's only logical that the materials value is deducted from the agreed-upon sum. |
