Raczej odpowiedź Kamili jest bliża znaczeniu; "issues" to zazwyczaj są "kwestie sporne" lub odnośnie których sąd ma wydać orzeczenie. Nawet jeśli zawarto ugodę, to nie znaczy, że nie było tych kwesti spornych (np. wysokość alimentów).

W dalszej treści wyroku nie ma zupełnie nic o tym czy są sporne czy nie. Rozwód zawarto na podstawie ugody bez fizycznego udziału pozwanego.
