Arbitration awards will be in writing and will be final and binding on the parties from the date they were made without the right of appeal, except where there is serious irregularity. The parties undertake to carry out the award without delay. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The appointing authority will be the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration will be confidential and will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
