If CONTRACTOR identifies any of COMPANY’S OTHER CONTRACTORS who are not bound by the Mutual Waiver and Indemnity undertaking, COMPANY shall use its reasonable endeavours to assist CONTRACTOR to execute a local Mutual Hold Harmless arrangement
