Hi English speakers,

I am translating a movie into Italian and I found this sentence on the script.
Two men are talking. One says what happened once to a woman: "The man sliced her beau's sack off, too"...

Does it make any sense for you? I can't understand the meaning and, unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the film, so I cannot check with the original audio.
