This is from a company's privacy policy. I'm looking for a more natural sounding alternative to my "contract(ual) management of the job order" which I may be wrong but sounds slightly clumsy to me.

"Gestione" most times means management, yes, but in this context, "gestione contrattuale" implies getting the order's legal paperwork done.

An alternative suggestion could be "arranging the order's legal paperwork/contract".

What I am hoping to emphasize is that management implies a more ongoing action, when really, the information being requested is going to be used in order to draw up the contract, among other activities listed thereafter.
