Italian term or phrase: incompetenze inderogabili
Per ogni controversia derivante dal presente contratto, sarà competente in via esclusiva il foro di Verona, fatte salve le incompetenze inderogabili stabilite dal codice di procedura civile.

This is the entirety of one of the final clauses (FORO COMPETENTE) in a contract .
Presumably this refers to a situation in which the court of Verona does not have the necessary authority to decide on the dispute. What would the equivalent be in English? Does anyone know where this is mentioned in the CPC?

incurable jurisdictional defects (that cannot be contracted out of)
Explanation:
cf. the dictionary-driven translations of compulsory and mandatory for inderogabile (non-waivablle, no contract- or opt-out).

Unless a typo, the parties cannot put right, as between themselves, a wrong amount- or locus-based venue chosen: 'i casi di esecuzione forzata, di opposizione alla stessa, di procedimenti cautelari e possessori, di procedimenti in camera di consiglio...'

I have to admit I am rather at a loss to understand the meaning and so is the customer... But if it's not a typo, this must be the meaning. Thanks

Example sentence(s):
  • When a plaintiff fails to plead facts establishing jurisdiction, but the petition does not affirmatively demonstrate incurable defects in jurisdiction, the issue is one of pleading sufficiency. In that instance,
