Имхо, "принимает непосредственное или иное участие" не пойдет ввиду того, что есть еще directly or indirectly. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 час (2013-09-12 10:43:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Опять придется ответить "обходящему всех и вся на поворотах". :-) Если переводить "иметь заинтересованность в...", то в исходнике было бы "have an interest involved in...". Имхо. |
