Um während eines Gerichtsprozesses zügig über den prozessualen Schriftverkehr informiert zu werden, sollten Sie sich ein Gerichtsfach beim Amtsgericht anlegen. Das Gerichtsfach können Sie beim Amtsgericht beantragen. Falls Ihre Kanzlei jedoch nicht in der Nähe des Gerichtes liegen sollte, dann ist es ratsam, diesen Schritt nochmals zu überdenken, denn das Gerichtsfach muss täglich geleert werden.
