lead pressure Explanation: IMO -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2016-03-08 19:37:57 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- a.manoeuvring braking, in manual control mode performed by winder operator by manipulating a brake regulator – according to its will: ◦based on pressure value corresponding to full braking force, if the winder rate does not exceed vd2, ◦based on lead pressure value pw1 towards lifting the overweight and winder rate exceeding vd2, ◦based on lead pressure value pw2 towards lowering the overweight and winder rate exceeding vd2, b.safety braking – performed with single–stage value of braking torque (fixed during deceleration) maintained during deceleration while safety braking (in manoeuvring cylinders, the selected lead pressure is maintained pw1 or pw2, however in the safety cylinders only residual pressure pr1 or pr2 adequately is maintained), providing deceleration of the winder to rate lower than vd1, at which the pressure increases to maximum value in the manoeuvring cylinder and drop of air pressure to zero in the safety cylinder, which corresponds to full braking force. Total value of braking torque provides the required static coefficient of overweight holding reliability during standstill of the shaft winder. http://www.mwm.com.pl/en/klodawa-barbara |
