In my understanding, all judgments are decisions, but only the decision at the end of a case is a judgment and all other decisions (which are interlocutory decisions) are not called judgments. Some decisions are also orders if the court's decision calls on a specific course of action to be taken, such as the imposition of an interim measure. I think that verdict is mainly used for the decision returned by a jury and I avoid using verdict in the context of a civil law jurisdiction like Turkey where there are no juries, although you do sometimes hear references to a court verdict where no jury is involved.
