Could this be "(salary) band" instead of "brand"? 16:53 Aug 21, 2013
Since your text involves human resources terminology and appears unrelated to "brands" (marcas), could there possibly be a typographical error in the original? The term "(salary) band" would fit this context. If this is indeed what is meant, "(salary) band" refers to the "franja salarial", i.e. the minimum-to-maximum salary range offered for a job position. If there's no typo, I really don't see how "brand" fits here, unless the job posting is for a "brand manager", "brand assistant" or other marketing position. This is an intriguing question--let please us know the meaning of "brand" in this context when you find out. Maybe there is an HR expert out there who will know this right off the bat! |
