Using small, feather-like strokes, begin at the outside corner of the lower lash line, connecting each dash as you move toward the inside of the eye. Use the same method along the upper lash line.
• Try using a Q-Tip to make the line more exact; blend each stroke so that it resembles a solid line. You can also try dipping the Q-Tip in a little eye shadow first, creating a soft smudging effect along the line.
