English translation: Without Fail

German term or phrase: "immer regelmäßig"
All,

I am translating material by a provider of dental practice equipment.
The document in question is a flyer promoting their maintenance services.

Under the heading "IMMER REGELMÄSSIG", it says "Regelmäßige Wartung Ihrer Behandlungseinheit für dauerhafte Top-Performance. Wartungsintervalle nach Plan. Die Wartungen werden nach dem vorgegebenen Wartungsplan durchgeführt. Etc"

I am looking for a fitting equivalent to the "IMMER REGELMÄSSIG" slogan.

Thank you.

reliable regularity

Explanation:
I think the "immer" is there to reassure the prospective customer that the regular check-ups happen without their having to bother, thus I introduce the concept of reliability.

Another way would be to say something longer, like "checked reliably at regular intervals"

Always consistent

Explanation:
I think they are trying to convey the idea that their service is always consistent, i.e. of a uniform quality.
