συνέπεια

Explanation:
Κάποιες πηγές στο διαδίκτυο προτείνουν και αυτό. Θεωρώ ότι θα ήταν καλό να μείνουμε κοντά στο πρωτότυπο, γιατί βρίσκεις πλάι-πλάι genuineness, realness και congruence. Αρκετά ευρήματα στο διαδίκτυο μιλάνε για αυθεντικότητα/γνησιότητα. Δεν είναι λάθος νοηματικά, γιατί η ερμηνεία του congruence εκεί καταλήγει, στην αυθεντικότητα.

Ορολογικά όμως θεωρώ ότι είναι καλύτερο να μιλήσουμε για συνέπεια (κάποιες φορές "εσωτερική συνέπεια").

Οπότε, νομίζω ότι έχουμε σχετικά ακριβές ισοδύναμο.
