Can't start Trados anymore, the installation wizard appears as if it was the first time!

Dear colleagues,
I have been using Trados Studio 2015 for about two years, suddenly I can't open it (even if I try to go in via projects I have done). The installation wizard appears and asks me to install Trados to use it for the first time...
Has anyone experienced this? What can I do?
Fortunately I have delivered all Trados translations for today but I have some more waiting for next week.

Perhaps try to reinstall Studio
May 12, 2017
There seems to be some files that are corrupted, or even the Windows Registry.
You may want to try uninstalling Studio and then create a fresh reinstallation. As far as I can remember you should not have any problems with the activation as long as it's on the same machine, although you may want to return it first to be on the safe side.
