Hello,
I am new to SDL and Trados.
I would like to translate TM out of MS Word files. I have English and Target MS Word files.
Could you please help me how I may create TM with these MS Word files.

Hi, this is a procedure called "alignment".

You can search the fora here. There are a lot of different posts on this subject.

Some of them also provide very nice workflows for different programs you can use.
